BLOOMFIELD -- Norma Lea George, 66, of Bloomfield, died Sunday, Feb. 13, 1994, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Jan. 12, 1928, at Bloomfield, daughter of William Earl and Agnes Hester Followell. She first married William Lyndon Murdaugh. She later married Eugene George.

George was a member of First Assembly of God Church here.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Kevin Murdaugh of Bloomfield; a daughter, Karen Maxwell of East Prairie; her mother of Bloomfield; a granddaughter, and great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a sister.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Dallas Reagan will officiate, with burial in Walker Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
