NORMA E. CAMPBELL

Norma E. Campbell, 93, of Cape Girardeau died Saturday, May 13, 2000, at Beverly Health and Rehab.

She was born Nov. 28, 1906, in Bollinger County, daughter of Columbus and Alice Mae Huffman Robins. She and Chester W. Campbell were married Oct. 15, 1926. He died May 1, 1994.

Campbell was a retired seamstress. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Cape Girardeau and a former member of Delta First Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Lynuel Campbell and Wesley Campbell of Cape Girardeau; three daughters, Enid Schearf of Delta, Betty Sue Lincecum of Surprise, Ariz., and Judy Schearf of Cape Girardeau; 12 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and 13 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, three brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call after 4 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Mitchell Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Old Morley Cemetery in Morley.
