ANNA, Ill. -- Nora M. Hinkle, 89, of Anna died Thursday, Aug. 13, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo. She was born Sept. 26, 1908, in Jonesboro, daughter of Charles and Eliza Dodson Dover. She and Clarence Hinkle were married Aug. 6, 1927, in Jonesboro. He died June 1, 1971...

ANNA, Ill. -- Nora M. Hinkle, 89, of Anna died Thursday, Aug. 13, 1998, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born Sept. 26, 1908, in Jonesboro, daughter of Charles and Eliza Dodson Dover. She and Clarence Hinkle were married Aug. 6, 1927, in Jonesboro. He died June 1, 1971.

Hinkle was a lifelong resident of the area, and member of Landmark Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Dorothy Pitts of Anna.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, and Monday until service time.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Charles Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Casper Cemetery.
