BURFORDVILLE -- Nola Henry, 73, of Burfordville, died Saturday, Dec. 7, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born Sept. 2, 1918, at Patton, daughter of James Mungle and Laura Yount Mungle.
She married Toby Henry on March 25, 1938. He died Feb. 27, 1983.
Survivors are two sons, Tom Henry, Burfordville, Harley Henry, Jackson; one daughter, Carolyn Montgomery, Jefferson City; three brothers, Glen Mungle, Viburnum, Claude Mungle and Kent Mungle, Patton, three sisters, Mattie Heitman, Nancy Heitman and Edna Reagan, all of Patton, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two brothers.
The Henrys moved to Burfordville from St. Louis in 1940.
She was a cook for the Jackson School District from 1955 to 1964 and also worked for Litz Poultry and Lenco until her retirement in 1980.
She was a member of the Cane Creek Homemakers Club and the New McKendree United Methodist Church.
Funeral service will be Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. at McCombs Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Otto Steinhouse will officiate. Friends may call today from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
