RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. -- Nicki Lynn Garrett, 4, of Russellville, Ark, died Thursday, March 16, 1995, at Arkansas Children's Hospital in Little Rock, Ark.

Survivors are her parents, Arthur L. "Rusty" Garrett Jr. and Linda Beck Garrett of Russellville; a sister, Holly Garrett of Russellville; paternal grandparents, Arthur Garrett Sr. and Freda Garrett of Independence, Mo.; maternal grandparents, Roy and Beverly Beck of Cape Girardeau; and paternal great-grandparents, Melba Whittle and Ronald and Waunetta Walters of Independence.

Friends may call at Shinn Funeral Service in Russellville from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. today.

Service will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Second Baptist Church in Russellville with the Rev. David McLemore officiating. Burial will be in East Point Cemetery in Russellville.
