Nathan Lee Jackson, 80, died Saturday, Sept. 13, 2008, at Southbrook Skilled Nursing Center in Farmington, Mo.
He was born Jan. 17, 1928, in Marion, Ill., to Nathan O. and Mary Travelstead Jackson. He was married to Doradeane Smith Jackson, who died in 2003.
He was a member of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church of Fredericktown, Mo., and a veteran of both the U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Army.
Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie Morton of Fredericktown, Melody Morton of Jackson; and five grandchildren.
Visitation is at 1 p.m. Tuesday, followed by the funeral at 2 p.m. at Taylor Funeral Service Chapel, with the Rev. David McCutcheon officiating.
Interment will be at Hillview Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Farmington.
