CAIRO, Ill. -- Nancy R. Walder, 75, of Evansville, Ind., died Friday, June 2, 2000, at her home.
She was born Dec. 11, 1924, in Shelbyville, daughter of Paul and Velma Allen. She married Robert W. Walder.
Walder retired as a clerk at Sears in Evansville. Formerly of Cairo, she was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Evansville.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Antoinette Walder of Dayton, Ohio, Catherine Walder and Christine Emge of Evansville, Tracy Walder of Lafayette, Ind.; a son, Stephen Walder of Evansville; three sisters, Betty Kiel of Murphysboro, Shirley Koenigsmark of Metropolis, Judy Brown of Nashville, Ill.; and several grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo from 5-8 p.m. Sunday. The rosary will be recited at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Patrick's Church, with Msgr. Bill McGhee officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery at Villa Ridge.
