Nancy Kieffer

STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- Nancy Kieffer, 62, of Ste. Genevieve died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2017, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.

She was born Dec. 26, 1954, in Cape Girardeau.

Nancy graduated from Notre Dame High School in Cape Girardeau, and went on to earn a bachelor's degree in art from Southeast Missouri State University. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed being a homemaker, and was a devout Christian.

She is survived by her beloved companion of 22 years, Irwin M. Roitman of Perryville, Missouri; her mother, Jenette Lucille Uding Kieffer of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, David (Cathy) Kieffer and Kevin (Linda) Kieffer, both of Kelso, Missouri; and a sister, Carolynne M. Kieffer of St. Louis.

She was preceded in death by her father, Andrew Frank Kieffer; a brother, Dale Kieffer; and a sister, Mary Kieffer.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.

Service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Crestlawn Cemetery in Ste. Genevieve.
