BELL CITY -- Graveside service for Myrtle A. Templeton, Bell City Route 1, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Forest Hills Cemetery in Morley. Russell Rice will officiate.
Nunnelee Funeral Chapel at Sikeston is in charge of arrangements.
Templeton, 88, died Sunday, May 17, 1998, at her home.
She was born Nov. 23, 1909, in Supply, Ark., daughter of John and Margaret Holcomb Pitman. She married Vernon Templeton, who died in 1986.
Survivors include a son, Joe Templeton of Sikeston; a daughter, Shirley Boley of Bell City; a brother, Carson Pitman of Festus; three sisters, Verda Ewers of St. Louis, Ethel Mason of Rockton, Ill., Essie Mock of Maynard, Ill.; and a grandson.
She was preceded in death by two sons, a sister, and two half brothers.
