MYRTLE D. MODGLIN

WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- Myrtle D. Modglin, 80, of Wolf Lake, died Tuesday, Jan. 10, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born April 27, 1914, in Anna, daughter of Charles and Eliza Dodson Dover. She married Fred Eugene Modglin, who died in December 1969.

Modglin worked 35 years at Florsheim Shoe Co., and was a member of Wolf Lake United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara "Tootie" Myers of Wolf Lake; a sister, Nora Hinkle of Anna; a granddaughter, and a great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by three grandchildren and a brother.

Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Anna from 6-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Prather officiating. Burial will be in Anna Cemetery.
