CHAFFEE -- Myrtie Mae Schoen, 81, of Chaffee, died Sunday, Aug. 25, 1996, in her car near Arbor.
She was born Sept. 10, 1914, in Chaffee, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Blanche Finley King. She married Harold Michael Schoen on July 16, 1932. He died Feb. 9, 1975.
She was a member of the First Assembly of God Church in Chaffee and was a retired housekeeper for Chaffee General Hospital.
She is survived by a daughter, Erma Dalton of Chaffee; a brother, Harold King of Weston, Ill.; a sister, Irene Cox of Ardeola; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Dale Hendrix officiating. Burial will be at Forest Hills Memorial Gardens near Morley.
