SIKESTON -- Funeral service for Mozelle G. Trigg of Sikeston will be held at 2 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Sikeston. The Rev. Robert Kriete will officiate, with burial in Lake Charles Burial Park at St. Louis.

Trigg, 85, died Thursday, Aug. 24, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

She was born May 4, 1910, in Newton, Iowa, daughter of Frank and Ida Bowig Goforth. She married George Trigg, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Melvin Sitton of Clarksville, Tenn.; three sisters, Ruth Fried of Yreka, Calif., Lela Lanz of Newton, Betty Hicks of East Moline, Ill.; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandchild.
