MILDRED M. LEE

CHAFFEE -- Mildred M. Lee, 71, of Chaffee, died Friday, April 22, 1994, at the family home.

She was born June 24, 1922, at Benton, daughter of Ambrose Fennel and Anna Laura Groves Burns.

She married Raymond "Jack" Lee, Nov. 10, 1939. He died Sept. 11, 1985.

Lee was a retired nurse's aide, having worked for the Chaffee General Hospital.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Chaffee.

Survivors include three sons, Jerry Lee of Fairview Heights, Ill., Terry Lee and Kenneth Lee, both of Chaffee; four daughters, Peggy Lee, Nancy Cutright and Debbie Simmons, all of Chaffee, Stella Jackson of Fairview Heights; 12 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter and nine brothers and sisters.

Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.

Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral chapel, with the Rev. Kenneth Roberts officiating.

Burial will follow in Union Park Cemetery in Chaffee.
