Mildred M. Bierbaum, 76, of Cape Girardeau, died Saturday, April 25, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau, where she had been a patient for some weeks.
She was born Aug. 28, 1915 in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Oscar and Selma Keller Crites. She married Carl Bierbaum on Feb. 14, 1942 in St. Louis. He survives at Cape Girardeau.
Surviving as well are daughters Barbara Lee of St. Louis and Sara Dirks of Malden; a brother, Owen Crites of Fruitland; a sister, Virginia Giddings of St. Louis; and a grandson.
She is a member of Centenary United Methodist Church, the United Methodist Women, the Tuesday Club, and the Executive's Club.
Years ago, Bierbaum worked in the accounting department at Missouri Utilities.
A funeral will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Neil Stein will officiate.
Burial will be in Memorial Park. Friends may call Sunday at the funeral home from 4 to 8 p.m.
