WYATT -- Mildred Imogene Smith, 53, of Wyatt, died Thursday, Feb. 16, 1995, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.
She was born Aug. 9, 1941, in Wyatt, daughter of Ernest Edward and Goldia D. Sullivan Brown. She and Frank "Smokey" Smith were married March 14, 1960.
Smith had been employed with Sands Restaurant and Cross Truck Stop, retiring because of ill health.
Survivors include her husband; three sons, Donald Smith of Malvern, Ark., Glenn Smith of Charleston, Frank Smith Jr. of Nashville, Tenn.; a daughter, Mary Smith of Wyatt; her father of Wyatt; a brother, Edward Brown of Wickliffe, Ky.; two sisters, Alice Lumley of Dyersburg, Tenn., Lela Whitehead of Brawley, Calif.; two granddaughters, and a stepgranddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a sister.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 5 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Bill Meeks officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
