MILDRED GRACE

VILLA RIDGE, Ill. -- Mildred Grace, 89, of Villa Ridge died Monday, May 8, 2000, at her home.

She was born Oct. 23, 1910, in Elco, Ill., daughter of Fred and Cordelia Oller Heater. She and Raymond Grace were married Dec. 7, 1929. He died Feb. 21, 1985.

Grace was retired from Villa Ridge Post Office and assisted her husband with Grace's Grocery.

She was a member of Villa Ridge Union Church, taught Sunday School a number of years and had been a member of the Ladies Aid.

Survivors include a daughter, Margaret Ann Grace of Villa Ridge; and a sister, Anna Mae Irby of Tamms.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Revs. Ralph Kaufman and Larry Buckles will officiate. Burial will be in St. John's Cemetery.
