BERNIE, Mo. -- Mildred Nancy Carner, 82, of Bernie died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2001, at Malden Nursing Center in Malden, Mo. She was born March 16, 1918, at Parma, Mo., daughter of Otto C. and Stella Pearl Carlisle Boyer. She and James David Carner were married March 30, 1938, at Lilbourn, Mo. He died Nov. 14, 1984...

BERNIE, Mo. -- Mildred Nancy Carner, 82, of Bernie died Sunday, Feb. 11, 2001, at Malden Nursing Center in Malden, Mo.

She was born March 16, 1918, at Parma, Mo., daughter of Otto C. and Stella Pearl Carlisle Boyer. She and James David Carner were married March 30, 1938, at Lilbourn, Mo. He died Nov. 14, 1984.

Carner attended First Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Eugene Boyer of Muskogee, Okla., and Floyd Boyer of Kansas City.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie. The Revs. Scott Jones and Earnest Puckett will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery at Sikeston, Mo.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
