WICKLIFFE, Ky. -- Milam M. Winders, 83, of Wickliffe, formerly of Benton, Mo., died Thursday, Dec. 5, 1996, at Countryside Health Care in Bardwell.
He was the son of John W. and Nannie J. Fritts Winders.
He worked for the Waldschmidt Lumber Co. for more than 50 years and was head sawyer.
He was a deacon in the First Baptist Church at Wickliffe.
Survivors include his wife, Blanche Angle Winders of the home, a daughter, Marilyn Sue Bean of Bardwell, Ky., and two sisters, Lee Esther Lee of Bertrand, Mo., and Mildred Nuckles of Sikeston, Mo.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Milner & Orr Funeral Home at Wickliffe.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The Rev. Brett Maragni will officiate.
