MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Michael Lynn Yount, 24, of Marble Hill died Friday, March 20, 2020, at his home.
Born on June 20, 1995, in Perryville, Missouri, he was the beloved son of Terry Lynn and Tammy Sue Wells Yount. He attended Leopold Schools until his junior year, when he transferred to Woodland High School and graduated in 2012. He worked for H & G Marine in Perryville as a welder.
In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and being with his family and friends.
He is survived by his parents, Terry and Tammy Yount; a beloved daughter, Paisley Yount; two sisters, Megan (David) Ward and Shelby Yount; and a niece, Ali Ward.
Visitation will be from 4 until 8 p.m. today at Hutchings Funeral Chapel in Marble Hill. Due to health constraints, visitors will be limited in number.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Brother Jeff Garland and the Rev. Steve Sander will officiate. Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
The funeral service will be live-streamed on Facebook social media beginning at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
