CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Michael David Johnson, 26, of Chaffee passed away Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, in Chaffee.
He was born Nov. 9, 1985, in Paducah, Ky., to Thomas Kevin Johnson and Jenny Lou Shemwell. Michael married Emily Susanne Upchurch.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Cairo, Ill. He was a delivery driver with Morley Building Supply in Morley, Mo.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Kevin (Sharon) Johnson of Jackson; his mother, Jenny Shemwell of Chaffee; his wife, Emily Upchurch-Johnson of Chaffee; three daughters, Kayli Anne, Kylii Rose and Khloi Blaik Johnson, all of Chaffee; paternal grandmother, Uneeda Sue Pugh of Benton, Ky.; stepgrandmother, Dorothy Rose Johnson of Arnold, Mo.; and a brother, Stonnie Sean Dennis of Lexington, Ky.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Thomas Gordon Johnson; and maternal grandparents, Luther Cashman and Frances Shemwell.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service Sunday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel, with the Rev. Larry Potts officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
