EGYPT MILLS -- Funeral service for Melvin Douglas Hanebrink of Foristell was held Wednesday at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Wentzville. The Rev. Lloyd Hackbarth officiated, with burial in Peace Cemetery at Wentzville.

T.E. Pitman Funeral Home of Wentzville was in charge of arrangements.

Hanebrink, 56, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 1991, in Hampshire, Tenn.

He was born Oct. 4, 1934, in Egypt Mills, son of Fred and Ella Hoffman Hanebrink. He married the former Karen S. Oliver.

Hanebrink was a machinist at an aircraft manufacturing firm.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Douglas Hanebrink of Troy; a daughter, Julia West of Wentzville; three brothers, Cletis, Thurman and Don Hanebrink of Cape Girardeau, and four grandchildren.
