Melissa Sue Ann Luttrell Burgess, 27, of Gordonville died Thursday, March 26, 2015, at her home. She was born Nov. 6, 1987, in Cape Girardeau to Kenneth Wayne and Kimberly Sue Perkins Luttrell. She is survived by her father, Kenny (Denise) Luttrell of Jackson; her mother, Kim Schweain of Gordonville; a son, Aydin Burgess of the home; two daughters, Rylie and Brooklynne Surface of the home; two brothers, Brandon Streiler of Scott City and Justin Streiler of Gordonville; paternal grandmother, Bonnie Luttrell of Bonifay, Florida; and maternal grandparents, Gerald and Judith Perkins of Seymour, Tennessee.. ...

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Monday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City.

The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery at Thebes, Illinois.
