MARY WALKER WATSON

EAST PRAIRIE -- Funeral service for Mary Dell Walker Watson of East Prairie will be held at 2 p.m. today at Shelby Funeral Chapel here. The Rev. Thomas Griffin will officiate, with burial in East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.

Watson, 85, died Monday, Aug. 15, 1994, at East Prairie Nursing Center.

She was born Oct. 31, 1908, in Dublin, Ky., daughter of Marvin and Myra Herndon Allen. She and John Daniel Walker were married in 1934. He died in 1949. She married Cecil Watson in 1950, who died in 1953.

Survivors include a son, John Walker of East Prairie; a daughter, Georgia Bryan of Greenville, Tenn.; five grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
