DUTCHTOWN -- Mary Alys Teichman Wiley, 65, of Dutchtown died Sunday, Dec. 4, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Feb. 2, 1929, in Morley, the daughter of Jesse O. and Viola Nanney Brasher. She married James N. Wiley Dec. 3, 1976, in Cape Girardeau.
She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church and was most recently employed in the office of Dr. John Schoenberger. She was a longtime resident of Cape Girardeau, moving to Dutchtown a year ago.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Bradley Teichman of Cape Girardeau; two step-daughters, Lee Johnson of Sidney, Neb., and Beth Zaha of Dallas; a brother, William O. Brasher of Horseshoe Bend, Ark.; a sister, V.J. Allen of Cape Girardeau; a grandson; and five step-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, where funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Rev. Donny Ford and the Rev. Kim Smith will officiate, and burial will be in the Hobbs Chapel Cemetery.
