MARY RUSSELL

BERTRAND -- Mary Margaret Russell, 76, formerly a resident of Bertrand, died Thursday, Dec. 29, 1994, at the New Madrid County Nursing Center.

She was born Nov. 8, 1918, in Bertrand, to George Albert and Martha Teresa Cramer Russell. She had lived in Mississippi County most of her life and was a member of the United Methodist Church in Bertrand.

Survivors include one brother, George Albert Russell of Columbia; and two sisters, Virginia Sinquefield of Augusta, Ga., and Martha Ann Krewson of Huntsville, Ala.

One brother preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 5-7 p.m. today at the McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston, where services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday with the Rev. Richard Combs, pastor of the United Methodist Church of Charleston, officiating.

Burial will follow in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery under the direction of McMikle Funeral Home.
