MARY M. RUSSELL

ORAN -- Mary Magdalene Russell, 67, of Oran, died Sunday, Dec. 18, 1994, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born May 5, 1927, in Cherokee, Ala., daughter of Alfred and Susie Miner Wade. She and Charlie Dobbs were married July 13, 1953. He died March 12, 1989. She later married Travis Russell Aug. 24, 1990, at Bell City.

She was employed in private duty nursing, and was a member of the Apostolic Church in Morley.

Survivors include her husband; nine sons, Raymond Taholski, Dwight, Terry and James Dobbs of Oran, Ralph Darnell of Douglasville, Ga., Charles Dobbs of Bell City, Ron Dobbs of Chaffee, Jerald Dobbs of Jackson, John Dobbs of Nekoosa, Wis.; two daughters, Rosemary Dobbs and Betty Darnell of Oran; a stepson, Danny Russell of Pevely; a stepdaughter, Shirley Sauceda of Bell City; two brothers, Howard Wade of Orlando, Fla., William Wade of Ocalla, Fla.; 19 grandchildren; 10 stepgrandchildren, and four great-stepgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son, grandson, sister and brother.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Hme in Oran after 5 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Don Russell officiating. Burial will be in Friends Hill Cemetery.
