MARBLE HILL, Mo. — Mary Lee Chorn, 84, of Marble Hill died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at her home. She was born March 14, 1924, in Dongola, Mo., daughter of Emmett and Lillian A. Worthen Huff. She married Chester Chorn in 1956. She worked as a licensed practical nurse in the home health-care field in St. Louis until retiring in 1982. She was a member of Hahns Chapel Baptist Church...

MARBLE HILL, Mo. — Mary Lee Chorn, 84, of Marble Hill died Monday, Dec. 22, 2008, at her home.

She was born March 14, 1924, in Dongola, Mo., daughter of Emmett and Lillian A. Worthen Huff. She married Chester Chorn in 1956.

She worked as a licensed practical nurse in the home health-care field in St. Louis until retiring in 1982. She was a member of Hahns Chapel Baptist Church.

Survivors include a son, Craig Chorn of Marble Hill; four grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, a son, three sisters and two brothers.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Hahns Chapel Baptist Church, with the Revs. Dale and Gerald Huff officiating.
