ANNA, Ill. -- Mary Jordan Lingle, 82, of Las Vegas, Nev., and formerly of Union County, Ill., died Friday, Nov. 4, 1994, at Sunrise Humana Hospital in Las Vegas.
She was born Oct. 11, 1912, in Alexander County, Ill., the daughter of the late John and Clara Parish Jordan.
She married Lee Alfred Lingle, who preceded her in death April 24, 1990.
Lingle was a member of the Third Baptist Church in Marion and was a retired state worker in Illinois.
Survivors include two daughters, Mary Youngs and Jeanette Vowels of Las Vegas; two sisters, Pauline Wilson of Las Vegas and Martha Tomlinson of Crestwood, Mo.; three granddaughters; and five great grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. today at the Crain Funeral Home in Anna. The Rev. Ron Cremeens will officiate. Burial will follow at St. John's Cemetery.
