PATTON, Mo. -- Mary Jane Fulton, 84, of Patton entered into rest Thursday, March 26, 2020, at her home, surrounded by her family.

She was born Sept. 26, 1935, in Patton, the daughter of Everette and Lona Reagan Yamnitz. She and Jim Fulton were united in marriage Feb. 18, 1956.

Mary Jane owned and operated Fox Trotter Cafe for 17 years, worked for the Perryville, Missouri, hospital as a dietary specialist and was a member pillar of Reagan's Chapel United Methodist Church, where she played the piano, attended Bible study and family game night. She loved taking care of her family, gardening and making cobblers for the festival at the church.

Survivors include her husband, Jim Fulton; sons, Rod (Susie) and Stan Fulton, both of Patton; sisters, Clara Grace Hahn of Sedgewickville, Missouri, and Shirley Ann Welker of Farmington, Missouri; grandchildren, Ryan Fulton, Kelly Jones, Eric Jones, Jami Fulton Borland and Lindsey Jones Skoler; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Henry Ray Yamnitz.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date at Reagan's Chapel.

Liley Funeral Homes in Patton was in charge of arrangements.
