Mary Golden Ellinghouse, 87, of St. Louis, died Sunday, March 8, 1992, at Lucy Lee Hospital in Poplar Bluff.

She was born April 1, 1904, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Arthur Clarence and Della Mae Rutledge Harper. She married Frank Blain Ellinghouse in 1927. He died in 1964.

Ellinghouse was a retired teacher.

Survivors include two sons, Loyd Ellinghouse of Lakewood, Colo., Gene Ellinghouse of St. Louis; five grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Ruegg Funeral Home in Greenville. The Revs. Gary Aubuchon and Howard Street will officiate, with burial in Marcus Memorial Gardens at Fredericktown.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 4:30 p.m. today.
