CAIRO, Ill. -- Mary Frances Oyler, 71, of Harrisburg, Ill., formerly of Cairo, died Friday, April 22, 1994, at Harrisburg Medical Center.

She was born in Grayville, Ill., daughter of James and Eunice Layton Oyler.

She was a member of Tigert Memorial United Methodist Church in Cairo and Order of the Easter Star.

She was a retired nurse.

She is survived by brothers, Ray Oyler Jr., of Vista, Calif., and James Oyler Jr., of Arivaca, Ariz.; some nieces and nephews.

Service will be held Monday at 11 a.m. at the Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo, with the Rev. Kenneth Provines officiating. Burial will be in the Beechwood Cemetery in Mounds.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday.
