PERRYVILLE Martha T. Farrar, 94, of Perryville died Sunday, May 24, 1992, at the American Care Center in Perryville.
She was born Nov. 1, 1897, at Schalls, the daughter of Henry and Louise Leible Wichern. On June 3, 1917, she married William Frank Farrar, who preceded her in death April 28, 1958.
She was a member of St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville; a life-time member of the Daughters of Isabella and the Ladies Sodality of St. Vincent's; and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary in Perryville.
Survivors include a daughter, Georgia L'Hote of Perryville; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great, great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by a son, daughter, grandson, three brothers, and six sisters.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. today at St. Vincent de Paul Church. The Rev. Edward Wilson, C.M., will officiate, and burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville is in charge of arrangements.
