CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Marshall W. Bonifield, 80, of Charleston died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo. He was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Charleston, son of Wroe W. and Ferrel Irene Howard Bonifield. He and Mary V. Morgan were married Jan. 30, 1947...

CHARLESTON, Mo. -- Marshall W. Bonifield, 80, of Charleston died Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2004, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston, Mo.

He was born Nov. 27, 1923, in Charleston, son of Wroe W. and Ferrel Irene Howard Bonifield. He and Mary V. Morgan were married Jan. 30, 1947.

Bonifield lived and farmed in the Commerce, Mo., area a number of years. He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church. He moved back to Charleston in 1996.

Survivors include his wife.

Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Roger Jespersen officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery.
