Funeral for Marsha Jean Easton of Bloomington, Ind., was held Nov. 16 at House of Prayer Church. Larry Mitchell officiated. Burial was in Valhalla Memory Gardens.
Allen Funeral Home in Bloomington was in charge of arrangements.
Easton, 51, died Monday, Nov. 13, 2000, at her home.
She was born July 27, 1949, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Herman L. "Lee" and Doris Illers Hardy. She married Christian E. Easton.
Easton was a 1967 graduate of Jackson High School. She was executive secretary for the director of Indiana Memorial Union at Indiana University.
She was a member and elder of House of Prayer Church, member of Unchained Ministries, and secretary of the Monroe Chapter of the Unchained Gang.
Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Jennifer Coward of Coatesville, Ind., two sons, Paul Easton of White Pines, Ind., Christian Easton Jr. of Bloomington; her mother and stepfather, Doris and Edwin Eltzroth of Bloomington; and a grandson.
She was preceded in death by her father.
