POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Mark Frederick Kneibert, 42, of Jonesboro, Ark., formerly of Poplar Bluff, died Sunday, July 8, 2007, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Mr. Kneibert was born April 23, 1965, in Poplar Bluff. He attended Arkansas State University where he was a member of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity. Mr. Kneibert was of the Methodist faith, employed as a supervisor with Riceland Rice Co., and was an active member of the Moose Lodge in Jonesboro. Mr. Kneibert enjoyed spending time with his family, golfing, fishing and NASCAR racing.
Survivors include his mother, Frances (Vivrett) Hampton and husband William of Cape Girardeau; his father, Richard Kneibert and wife Ann of Poplar Bluff; a very special friend, Sarah Worsley of Jonesboro; a brother, Lee Kneibert and wife Cheri, of Fenton, Mo.; two nieces, Kailynn and Kelsey of Fenton; and his grandmother, Pauline Vivrett, of Eureka, Mo.
The visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday at First United Methodist Church, 500 N. Main St., Poplar Bluff.
The funeral service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at the church, with the Rev. Kurt Schuermann officiating. Burial will be in City Cemetery in Poplar Bluff.
