JACKSON -- Marie Moran, 75, of Jackson, died Saturday, June 13, 1992 at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born May 21, 1917 at Oran, daughter of A.A. and Annie Phegley Hosea.
She married Clyde Moran on Aug. 30, 1933 at Benton. He preceded her in death on July 9, 1988.
She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Jackson and worked at the International Hat Factory in Oran before retiring in 1982.
Survivors are one son, Gary Moran of Jackson; two daughters, Claueda Barks of Jackson and Juanita Moran of Fairfield, Ill.; two sisters, Helen McCulley of Valley Station, Ky. and Alice McCulley of Fairfield, Ill; five grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Also surviving is a fiance, Oscar Hahs of Jackson.
One brother and one great granddaughter preceded her in death.
Friends may call Tuesday after 4 p.m. at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson. Funeral service will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with the Rev. Rodney Travis officiating. Burial will follow in Friends Cemetery in Oran.
