CHARLESTON -- Funeral Mass for Margaret H. Rolwing of Charleston will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. Henry's Catholic Church. The Rev. Gerald Brown and Msgr. Richard Rolwing will officiate, with burial in Calvary Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. today at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston. A prayer service will be held at 7.
Rolwing, 92, died Wednesday, Jan. 20, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 3, 1906, in New Madrid, daughter of Shapley Richard and Agnes Digges Hunter Jr. She and F.D. Rolwing were married June 14, 1932. He died Feb. 8, 1973.
Rolwing lived in Charleston most of her life. She was a member of St. Henry's Church, Legion of Mary, charter member of Kingshighway Chapter of DAR, and the Athena Club.
Survivors include two sons, David Rolwing of Rockville, Md., Hunter Rolwing of Charleston; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, three brothers, and three sisters.
