Margaret B. Lauxman, 84, of Colorado Springs, Colo., died Sunday, Sept. 26, 1999, at her home.
She was born June 22, 1915, in Saline County, daughter of Ed and Margaret Bricker Gardner. She and William Fredrick Lauxman were married Nov. 15, 1934. He died Sept. 27, 1997.
The Lauxmans moved to Aiblene, Kan., in 1942. She had worked at the RHV Store, and retired in 1977 as deputy county clerk of Dickinson County Treasurer's Office.
She was a member of Abilene First Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include two sons, Laverne Lauxman of Cape Girardeau, Eldon Lauxman of Colorado Springs; a sister, Mary Atkinson of Topeka, Kan.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Danner Funeral Home in Abilene from 6-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert Frasier will officiate. Burial will be in Abilene Cemetery.
