MARGARET HATLEY

SIKESTON -- Margaret Hatley, 69, of Sikeston died Wednesday, Oct. 6, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born March 24, 1930, in East Prairie, daughter of Wyatt Jackson and Vernice Elizabeth Chappell. She and Robert Hatley were married Sept. 15, 1951.

Hatley was a graduate of East Prairie High School. She was housekeeping supervisor at Ramada Inn 24 years before retiring.

She was a member of First Christian Church.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Karen Hammon of the home, Suzanne Shaw of Morehouse; a sister, Betty Grimm of Sikeston; and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and two sisters.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday at the funeral home. The Rev. Ed Pangburn will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
