MAGDALENO S. RAMOS

Magdaleno S. Ramos, 71, of Acambaro, Guanajuato, Mexico, died Monday, Feb. 8, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.

He was born April 22, 1928, in San Pablo Pejo, Guanajuato, Mexico, son of Juan and Trinidad Sanchez Ramos. He married Soledad Hernandez March 5, 1950, in Iramuco, Guanajuato, Mexico.

He worked as a processor for Con-Agra in Dalton, Ga.

He is survived by six sons, Sarial Ramos, Ruben Ramos, Gabriel Ramos, Abel Ramos, all of Dalton, Juan Ramos and Magdaleno Ramos Jr., both of Oceanside, Calif.; four daughters, Holga Paniagua of Acambaro, Iuanita Hernandez of Queretaro, QRO., Mexico, Maria Elva Session of Cape Girardeau, Maria Carmen Zuniga of Dalton; a brother, Pablo Ramos of Dalton; four sisters, Eva and Ernestina Jacobo, both of Querendaro, Mich, Mexico, Maria Garcia of San Pablo Pejo, Maria Jesus Hernandez of Acambaro; 26 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home.

Funeral will be at the chapel at 1:30, with the Rev. Sariel Ramos officiating.

Burial will follow in Mexico at a later date.
