OLMSTED, Ill. -- Mae Goins, 92, of Olmsted died Saturday Oct. 16, 1999, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo. She was born Feb. 13, 1907, in Olmsted, the daughter of John and Viola Isabell Corzine Ervin. She and Ray Goins were married May 25, 1924. He died Jan. 21, 1987...

OLMSTED, Ill. -- Mae Goins, 92, of Olmsted died Saturday Oct. 16, 1999, at Daystar Care Center in Cairo.

She was born Feb. 13, 1907, in Olmsted, the daughter of John and Viola Isabell Corzine Ervin. She and Ray Goins were married May 25, 1924. He died Jan. 21, 1987.

Goins was a member of Olmsted United Methodist Church.

Survivors include a sister, Annie Luton of Cape Girardeau.

She was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.

Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Ullin from 5 to 9 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. The Rev. Joey Dunning will officiate, with burial in Masonic Cemetery at Grand Chain.
