CHARLESTON -- Mabel Robbins, 89, of Charleston, died Tuesday, Aug. 6, 1996, at Charleston Manor.
She was born Sept. 18, 1906, in Bay, Ark., daughter of Henry and Phoebe Hall Wright. She and Floyd L. Robbins were married June 26, 1926. He died Feb. 16, 1958.
Robbins was a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two grandchildren, Gary Robbins of Bellville, Texas, Karyn Studyvin of Hot Springs, Ark., and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, four brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston after 9 a.m. Thursday.
Funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Collier officiating. Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Oak Lawn Cemetery in Jonesboro, Ark.
