CHAFFEE -- Mabel Anne Bollinger, 84, of Chaffee died Sunday, July 25, 1999, at her home in Chaffee.
She was born Feb. 5, 1915, at Advance, daughter of Ora Jesse James and Nellie Belle McKinney.
She married Robert Lee Bollinger Sr. on July 31, 1935. He died July 30, 1989.
She worked as an attendant at a Missouri State Hospital in St. Louis. She was a volunteer with the Chaffee R.S.V.P. at the nutrition center. She was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church at Chaffee.
She is survived by two sons, Robert L. Bollinger of St. Louis and Wendell T. Bollinger of Clayton; a brother, Naaman James of Morse Mill; three sisters, Mildred Vaughn and Lucy Masters, both of Cape Girardeau, and Iva Day McDaniels of Terre Haute, Ind.; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a sister and brother.
Service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church in Chaffee, with the Rev. Watis Harrell officiating. Burial will be Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
Friends may call at the church after 10:30 a.m. Saturday.
