BENTON -- Funeral Mass for Luvina H. Hennemann of Benton will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Denis Catholic Church. The Rev. Normand Varone will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Hennemann, 81, died Sunday, May 14, 2000, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Aug. 4, 1918, at Uniontown, daughter of John and Anna T. Ponder Winkler. She and Ben Hennemann were married Nov. 24, 1936, at Apple Creek.
She was a cook at Kelly Schools 21 years, retiring in 1989. She was a member of St. Denis Catholic Church and St. Ann's Sodality.
Survivors include her husband; four sons, Alan and Ralph Hennemann of Benton, Donnie Hennemann of Kelso, Jim Hennemann of Cape Girardeau; four daughters, Jeannie Fodge and Geri Hennemann of Benton, Yvonne McVay of Jackson, JoAnn Schott of Oran; 21 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by twin infant brothers, a sister, and a twin sister.
