LUCILLE YOUNG

PERRYVILLE -- Lucille A. Young, 85, of Perryville died Tuesday, April 25, 2000, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born Nov. 20, 1914, at St. Marys, daughter of John F. and Mary I. Hagan Schulte. She and Earl E. "Zuke" Young were married Feb. 22, 1936. He died Dec. 20, 1986.

Young was a retired funeral director and receptionist at Young and Sons Funeral Home. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid.

Survivors include a daughter, Stella Karl of Marion, Ill.; a brother, Howard Schulte of Sun City, Ariz.; a sister, Stella Collins of Sun City; five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 5-9 p.m. Friday, and Saturday after 6:30 a.m.

Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. The Rev. Craig Otto will officiate. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Church Cemetery.
