Lucille VanDuson, 94, of Sikeston, formerly of Marietta, Ohio, died Monday, Jan. 25, 1993, at the home of a son in Sikeston.
She was born Dec. 11, 1898, at Mount Pleasant, Penn., daughter of Joe and Mary Hartwick Malesky.
In 1921, she married Richard VanDuson Sr.
She had lived in Marietta, Ohio, most of her life, where she was a member of the St. Luke Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a son, Richard VanDuson of Sikeston; four grandchildren, Bill Branum of Charleston, Greg Branum of Cape Girardeau, Julie Norman of Searcy, Ark., Mona Porter of Tampa, Fla.; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at the McClure-Shaffer Funeral Home at Marietta, Ohio.
Burial will follow in Valley Cemetery at Marietta, Ohio.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by McMichael Funeral Home in Charleston.
