STE. GENEVIEVE -- Lucille S. Eydmann, 77, a native of Cape Girardeau and a resident of Ste. Genevieve, died Monday, Oct. 26, 1998, at Ste. Genevieve County Hospital.
She was born Sept. 12, 1921, the daughter of Charles F. and Clara Milde Steck. She married Phillip A. Eydmann in 1946. He preceded her in death in May 1990.
Eydmann was a teacher and a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Ste. Genevieve, the Foundation for Restoration of Ste. Genevieve, the Ste. Genevieve Chamber of Commerce, the Ste. Genevieve Women's Club and the Retired Teachers Association.
She also was a former tour guide and a member of Eastern Star and the River Heritage Association of Southeast Missouri.
She is survived by a son, Phillip Steck Eydmann of Ste. Genevieve; a brother, Charles Wilson Steck of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Betty S. Holly of Chesterfield; a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother.
Visitation will be after 6 p.m. today at Basler Funeral Home in Ste. Genevieve.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the First Presbyterian Church in Ste. Genevieve, with the Rev. Gary Sutter officiating.
Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
