Lucille Kieffer

KELSO, Mo. -- Lucille Kieffer, 95, of Kelso died Tuesday, Aug. 10, 2021, at the Life Care Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Oct. 6, 1925, in Ste. Genevieve, Missouri, to August and LaVerne Jokerst Uding. She married Andrew Frank Kieffer on July 15, 1944. He preceded her in death on Nov. 19, 2006.

She is survived by two sons, David (Cathy) Kieffer and Kevin (Linda) Kieffer, all of Kelso; a daughter, Dr. Carolynne Kieffer of St. Louis; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, a son and two daughters.

Visitation will be from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Saturday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso.

Funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the church with the Rev. Michael Casteel at celebrant. Burial will be in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery in Kelso.
