CHAFFEE -- Lucille Bertha Gosche, 78, of Chaffee died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 1996, at her home. She was born June 3, 1918, at New Hamburg, daughter of Leo and Regina Bisher Heuring. She and Albert A. Gosche were married June 1, 1940. He died Dec. 29, 1985...

CHAFFEE -- Lucille Bertha Gosche, 78, of Chaffee died Wednesday, Dec. 18, 1996, at her home.

She was born June 3, 1918, at New Hamburg, daughter of Leo and Regina Bisher Heuring. She and Albert A. Gosche were married June 1, 1940. He died Dec. 29, 1985.

Gosche was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church at Chaffee, Daughters of St. Ambrose, and Ladies Auxiliary to Knights of Columbus Council 6420 at Scott City.

Survivors include three sons, A. Pete Gosche of Elmhurst, Ill., Gerald Gosche of Hazel Green, Wis., Harold Gosche of Kelso; a sister, Lorene Ernst of Cape Girardeau; three grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 3 p.m. Friday. Parish prayers will be at 7 and KC service at 7:30.

Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Ambrose Church, with the Rev. Allan Saunders officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
