MARBLE HILL -- Lucille F. Phillips, 90, of Marble Hill, formerly of St. Louis, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1993, at Bond Nursing Care Center. She was born Sept. 19, 1903, at Clifton, Texas, daughter of Lee and Helen Butler Richards. On May 6, 1922, she married John S. Phillips. He preceded her in death July 31, 1963...

MARBLE HILL -- Lucille F. Phillips, 90, of Marble Hill, formerly of St. Louis, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1993, at Bond Nursing Care Center.

She was born Sept. 19, 1903, at Clifton, Texas, daughter of Lee and Helen Butler Richards.

On May 6, 1922, she married John S. Phillips. He preceded her in death July 31, 1963.

She is survived by two daughters, Helen Liley of St. Louis and Betty Eatherton of Westmoreland, Calif.; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

She was a member of Marvin Park United Methodist Church in St. Louis.

Service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at St. Louis Memorial Park Cemetery Chapel, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will be in St. Louis Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the chapel after 10 a.m. Friday.

Liley Funeral Home of Marble Hill is in charge of arrangements.
